Employees, officers and directors of BP Lubricants USA Inc. Advance Auto Parts Inc., the National Basketball Association, NBA Properties Inc. its member Professional Basketball clubs, their subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”), together with their distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is void in US territories and possessions located outside of the United States and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO REDEEM OFFER: Visit the website at www.castrolNBApromoAAP.com between May 9, 2025, and June 25, 2025, to submit your request. All requests must be submitted by July 25, 2025. Follow the on-screen instructions. Complete the online form in its entirety and upload a photo of your dated receipt that shows the Advance Auto Part location you made the purchase at, the Castrol product that was purchased, the price paid for the qualifying product and the date of purchase. Receipts dated outside the Promotion Period of May 9, 2025, and June 25, 2025, will not be accepted. Upon Successful submission, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Allow 3-5 days for your redemption to be processed. Valid submissions will receive an e-mail confirming a successful redemption. Allow up to six (6) weeks for delivery of your $25 NBA Digital Gift Card. Lost gift cards will not be replaced.

GENERAL: Consumers agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless BP Lubricants USA Inc., Advance Auto Parts Inc., The National Basketball Association, its member professional basketball teams, NBA Properties Inc. their franchisees, licensees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the promotion, from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a Prize; and Promotion parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of submission materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [d] limitations of any kind or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or misdirected redemption requests or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor may prohibit a Consumer from participating in the Promotion if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Consumer is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Consumers. Redemptions which contain false information are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONSUMER TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH CONSUMER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If, for any reason whatsoever, this Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and limit redemptions to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Redemption information becomes property of Sponsor. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.

PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected from Consumers will be used to communicate with consumers regarding this Promotion and otherwise, as set forth in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.castrol.com.

DEFINITION OF NBA ENTITIES: NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”).

EXCLUSION OF EMPLOYEES OF THE NBA ENTITIES FROM ELIGIBILITY: Employees of the NBA Entities, including affiliates, agents and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win the promotion.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion.

RIGHT OF PUBLICITY RELEASE: Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
